Mission:
To vigorously promote crime prevention by providing crime awareness information, programs and safety-related training to the residents of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Mandate:
To be an information resource on crime awareness and crime prevention for the community.

To promote the participation of individual citizens and community organizations in crime awareness and crime prevention for the community.

To deliver effective and efficient programs and services in crime awareness and crime prevention in a consistent manner across the City of Winnipeg, in partnership with the Winnipeg Police Service, and in association with other community organizations.

To network with other community organizations and interrelate with agencies of government having similar aims; ensuring its programs are appropriate and complement those delivered by others.
