How do I become a member of Neighbourhood Watch?
Becoming a member couldn't be simpler. All that is necessary is that you attend a Neighbourhood Watch New Members meeting.

How do I contact the Block Captain on my block?
Through your local CFCA office.
My block doesn't seem to be active - how do I start Neighbourhood Watch on my block?
Contact your local CFCA office, or the Winnipeg Police Community Services Division (986-6322).
